Datascience Impact Hub is a pan-African research and training organization working at the intersection of data science, policy, and practice.

Africa generates vast amounts of data. Too little of that data is collected, governed, analyzed, or acted upon by African institutions, for African priorities. We exist to change that.

Africa's data should serve Africa's future.

Intelligence sovereignty means African governments, researchers, and institutions having the capacity to collect, govern, and act on their own data — without dependency on external systems, foreign algorithms, or imported narratives. That is the work we are here to support.
